Level: Experienced in the field of real estate, (Salespersons do not require experience).
Salary: Negotiation.
Age: Over 22.

 

Detailed description:

1.Customer Service Officer:
Receive customer information, classify customers, deliver customers to sales, support sales in customer care. Good experience and knowledge of real estate market for foreigners in Ho Chi Minh City, good customer orientation, sales and marketing skills. Experience in working with foreigners (will be discussed in the interview).

Experience / Skills Education Level: University
English: fluent (Toeic 800, IELTS 6.5, Toefl 90 ibt or equivalent)
Experience: 1 year in real estate or related field.

2. Product Management:
Manage your company’s rental real estate products, update your products regularly to support your sales mix. Good experience and knowledge of the real estate market for foreigners in Ho Chi Minh City. Find new products on the market.

Experience / Skills Education: College – University
Experience: 1 year experience

3. IT Specialist: 
– Expertise in programming and website design.
– Website promotion and optimization of the website on the search engine (SEO). Knowledge of On-site, know how to write standard SEO articles and build quality content …
– Off-site, Backlink, Social, Forum, blogs … able to build satellite website system like WordPress, Blogspot … – Analyzing Google Analytic, Google Webmaster, google Place …
– Understand operating mechanism, business process through Internet, know about Internet Marketing (SEM).
– Know and optimize Google Adwords campaigns.
-English reading comprehension materials, writing standard SEO articles.

4. Salesperson: 05 Positions (Male / Female)
– Receiving information on customer needs;
– Find the right product, make an appointment for the customer;
– Record management and customer care;
– Implement, monitor the status of contracts and report to the Direct Management;
– Participate in some marketing and other related work.
– Experience / Skills Education level: Intermediate level
– Experience: 0-1 years experience
– Good healthy;
– Fluency in English (Toeic 750, IELTS 6.0, Toefl 80 ibt or equivalent)
– Can be equipped with motorcycles to work;
– Dynamic, enthusiastic, willing to learn and accept challenges.
– Salary: Basic, commission, bonus sales

5. Office Staff:
– Know how to arrange office work: scheduling daily work, week, month, know how to use software arranging, organizing work, notebook recording, evaluating the order of priority work.
– Follow the rules according to company rules: keep track of employee schedules, hours of work, days off, holidays, holidays.
– Stationery management: quantity and quality of stationery.
– Payment of office expenses: electricity bill, water, telephone, internet …
– Gather and track listings, update landlord information, report periodically.
– Update, edit information, product images on the company website by available products.
– Support recruiting new employees (job postings, receiving applications, booking appointments interview …).

Request:
Type of work: Full-time fixed (Monday – Friday, ½ Saturday)
